Students enter the institution code or generated institution ID, then their admission number. Example admission format: TLP01-STU-2026-0001.

Default Super Admin: SUPER-2026-0001 / Admin@12345
Default Institution Admin: ADMIN-2026-0001 / Admin@12345
Generated examples: KIDS02-ADM-2026-0001, KIDS02-TUT-2026-0001, KIDS02-STU-2026-0001.

New learner enrollment is separate from login

The login page is only for Super Admin, Institution Admin, Tutor/Lecturer, and students who already have login details. New learners should use the public Onboard Learning page to enroll for website courses.
